CPUTER Licensing & Commercial Terms

Overview

QASWP (Quantum-AI Secure Weaving Protocol) and all related software,
documentation, and research artifacts are proprietary intellectual property of
CPUTER Inc.

CPUTER supports open collaboration for scientific research and education while retaining full commercial rights and royalty control for production or for-profit use.
Unless you have a separate written agreement with CPUTER Inc., your use of QASWP is governed by the terms on this page.

1. Research & Evaluation License

Free of charge — Non-Commercial Only

You may:

View, clone, and locally run QASWP for internal evaluation, research, or academic study.
Reference QASWP concepts, results, or papers in scholarly publications.
Contribute improvements or pull requests to the public repository.

You may not:

Offer QASWP or derivatives as a paid service.
Embed QASWP code or algorithms in commercial software or platforms.
Redistribute modified binaries or source under your own name or branding.

Attribution requirement:
“Contains research software originating from CPUTER Inc. (QASWP Framework). Used under the CPUTER Research License.”

2. Commercial / Royalty-Bearing License

Required for:

Any production or for-profit use of QASWP or its components.
Integration of QASWP into commercial software, cloud services, or network products.
Reselling or sublicensing derived works, APIs, or hosted versions.

All commercial licenses include:

Priority security and performance updates
Optional closed-source SDKs and integration support
Co-branding and partnership eligibility

3. Contributor Terms

All external contributions to QASWP are accepted under a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) granting CPUTER Inc. the right to use, modify, and commercialize the submitted work.
Contributors retain authorship credit and may reference their work publicly.

4. Patent & Technology Notice

QASWP incorporates proprietary innovations, including:

Quantum-authenticated semantic compression
Context-entangled synchronization between distributed AI agents
Zero-knowledge verification of neural inference integrity

These mechanisms are subject to pending U.S. and international patent filings by CPUTER Inc.
Unauthorized commercial use may constitute patent infringement.
